I have a stomach disease, and I’m always in pain. I’ve never used the bathroom in public and since I’m head department I choose when I take lunches so if I’m in pain and need to go I can go home for lunch. ( I make my life difficult I know I can’t help it )

And yesterday I had to close the store, I was in the middle of running around and I was in pain and I finally did it! I pooped at work ☺️

Yes I did. And I was proud. It might of been 9:30 at night and not many people there but I still did it!

I have a huge fear/anxiety over it. I can’t help it I’ve been this way my whole life. Like at my own house I use to go to my parents bathroom, and if my fiancé is around I’ll go to the bathroom across the house. But when you have pain constantly I’m realizing sometimes you can’t help it and who cares what people say 🤷🏼‍♀️

But yeah. My fiances response was cute. He’s been trying to get me to just do it but I never would. So 🙃

I’m sorry if this is weird, but I know a lot of people who can’t go in public!
