Weight gain 😞💔
I know this is incredibly petty considering all of the blessings I have with a healthy baby, but this is health related.
Pre-pregnancy, I was 145ish pounds, maybe a little less. I’m now 175 pounds at 24 weeks. I’m 5’5. My dad told me I’m going to “blimp” and that this isn’t healthy for me or the baby. I’m trying to be careful about what I eat, and I’m on my feet a lot.
I’m just not sure what to do or how I can keep myself from gaining anymore. If anyone has advice please let me know.
