My doctor says He like the weight but I think I’m Gaining toooooo much weight now , I was Just 145 January-March : to Nowwwww April - till I went to yesterday’s Appointment 158 I am about to scream I’m only 20 and my body is not coming out the correct I want it , can anyone tell me any stomach slimming exercises or methods in Memphis I Heard about this Plastic rap and vapors rub stuff but I want some other ideas for my belly ?
