Haven’t had a period in a little over 3 years. (Like a full blown period. I’ve had spotting but that’s it). From being pregnant to breastfeeding to getting an IUD implanted. Never had heavy periods before getting pregnant. Just light ones and horrible cramps the first few days. Well I got my IUD removed last Thursday, and no bleeding after wards or pain, until Saturday night. Horrible cramps, heavy bleeding. Is this my period? Should I be concerned? How do I relieve the pain? Thanks for any advice!
