Oof GIRL ok so im super peeved lately because my job fired me for having too many points. We get a point every single time we clock in/out early or late. Or call in or switch days. Well my whole pregnancy ive had a series of complications, have been in the hospital multiple times(plenty of drs notes each times explaining why I was being hospitalized and to please excuse my absence). Had to have SEVERAL teeth removed. And my 92 year old grandmother has been in the hospital herself. If i was able to and knew ahead, I talked to my department manager who does scheduling and just switched around my hours so i wasnt "missing work" because they were fully staffed without me.
My department manager told me they could excuse my absences as im a great worker and they want me to come back and the things im going through are out of my control.
The STORE manager laughed and said not a chance and terminated me. 
So i guess I'm on early maternity leave and without a job to come back too. Fuck them and the way they treated me. Im so heated over it. I feel like it's discrimination...
Over the winter I slipped on ice and was hospitalized because they wrre worried about my baby. I asked my job if i could park closer to the building because of all the ice and i was told the owner would rather pay my medical bills than let me park closer to the building.
