Cramps
What do you do to ease your cramps? Lately my cramps have been kinda bad. I’m not gonna say really bad because I know they could be worse...
But I’ve never really got cramps though out the 10 years I’ve been menstruating. So I honestly am not sure what I should try!
If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it a lot! :)
