7 w 1 day. Twins???

Question

Just had an ultrasound today. They gave me this picture and said they see something else that looks like a second yolk sack but not another baby. Anyone ever had this happen? In the pic the baby is in between the arrow things, the first yolk sack is underneath and the second possible yolk sack is on top. Anyone have anything similar to this? They said they don't think it is twins but what could that be?

I'm personally not seeing the second sac. Maybe there is a twin hiding out!

I’d be like when can I come back and confirm?! We thought we were having twins for a solid 45 minutes last pregnancy and I was like ohhhhh my gosh idk what to do 😂

I see it... there is a phenomenon in early pregnancy where they can miss the second baby on the scan and then you go for you 20 week ultrasound and surprise!  There’s 2 babies!  If your obgyn won’t scan you again until 20 weeks I would definitely pay out of pocket to get a private scan done around 12 weeks when babies are bigger
