Ultrasound techs?

Anyone here an ultrasound tech? My doctor told me about dilated kidney I’m not even sure if you can see those here lol but he told me not to worry but of COURSE dr google had something else to say 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Also does the back of his neck look weird?

Sonographer here.  The kidneys and the back of the neck are not visible in these pictures.  Fullness in the renal pelvis of the kidneys is fairly common and not a concern unless over a certain size.  If your doctor wasn't concerned,  I'm sure everything is fine!

Our baby boy had a dilated kidney at our 20 week ultrasound. Had a follow-up sonogram at 24 weeks and everything looked fine. Our doctor said it's pretty common and usually nothing to worry about.
