Stiff neck and shoulders at 11 weeks
I’m 11 weeks today but for the last 3-4 days, my neck has been so sore and stiff it literally feels like bones are breaking if I turn my head. It’s giving me a headache all the way up my head. My shoulders are stiff and sore also. I’m sure it’s at least partially stress/work related but curious as to what I can do for them. I used to take muscle relaxers but obviously can’t now. Any help would be appreciated
