Possible hemorrhoid?

Hi guys. Need some advice. So I’ve been dealing with constipation my whole pregnancy but recently it’s been with more blood. When I go to use the bathroom, I can’t poop but blood just comes out of my rectum. Lots of it. Went to the OBGYN today and one of my doctors said he couldn’t tell if it was an internal hemorrhoid or not. He prescribed me an 8 day supply of suppository laxatives. I’m starting to wonder if I need to go to the hospital or if this is how it’s going to be my entire pregnancy. I’m 14 weeks tomorrow.
