Missed a pill didnt double

Had sex without a condom but my gf is on the pill although she said she forgot one at the beginning of the week 4-5 days ago but hasnt missed before or after. She didnt double up, but she just got off her period. I didnt finish inside her but am still panicking. Should I be worried?
