I hate periods!

Im 14 years old and its god awful! I had my period for 3 ish years but super super irregular and when i do get it its so fucking heavy!!! I bleed through so many tampons and ruin so much underwear! My cramps are awful i cry and throw up from them and idk how to help ibuprofen does not help at all
