Pregnancy brain?

So it’s happened about twice already but I keep forgetting if I took my prenatal or not. I don’t really take on an empty stomach cause it makes me nauseous, but I take after my first meal. But lately I’ve been forgetting if I took it or not, I feel all dumb and try to retrace my steps but if I really can’t remember I’ll just take another one. Has this happened to anyone else ?
