My step dad took my phone away from me and I’m scared that he’s going to somehow unlock it and see everything I have in there aka nudes from my bf and sex memes etc 😣
Is it even possible to do that???? HELP

If your stepdad can take your phone then you're too young to be sending nudes. I see on here you've been saying you're 21 and pay the phone bill (as in it's in your name?) In that case he wouldn't have been able to just take it so I don't believe you. Anyway, if there's a passcode and he took it because you were misbehaving then he is probably just punishing you and doesn't really care about what's on the phone. I think there is a lot missing to this story but it seems if he could take it then he has every right to do so 🤷 but I doubt he gives a singular shit about what's on it, especially not enough to find a way to unlock it.

Nooo. Even people who work with phones won’t be able to do that. Worst case scenario if he was actually willing to unlock your phone, he will have to restart the phone so it’s as good as new and there won’t be your pictures and your data at all. Phones are designed like that so when someone steals a person’s phone they won’t be able to access sensitive information. I don’t even think your stepdad will do that at all. Don’t overthink.

My oldest son is 16 I give him his "privacy" but in the end if I feel the need to look throw his phone I can me and his daddy pay for it me and his dad's fingerprint is set up on it aswell as an app on his phone that is on both of our phones we see and control almost every. I trust my child, I'm a step parent too. The facts remain kids do stupid stuff idk how old you are but ik if you are under 18 sending nudes that's not smart period and if you were my kids you would not have a phone. It's also different parenting styles so to each there own I do random checks in his phone and he knows this it's not like I'm sneaking on it or anything he knows

It's actually a video on YouTube don't know if you seen it or not but this young girl 15 or 16 called the cops on her dad for taking her phone she bought the cops said he could take it as long as she is a minor and live under his roof and she said she was going to buy another phone and the cops said he has rights to take that phone too so I suggest that you chill on the nudes and stuff if you know that's going to get you in trouble and focus on school until you can afford your own place I'm not telling you to stop seeing your bf but just chill on the stuff you know you have to hide but heads up everything you do in the dark will come to light lol I'm telling you from someone who's been there and done that
