D&c for retained placenta
does anyone have experience of this to share? I'm pending a D&c after having my baby and some of the placenta was found to be retained. We discovered this at 5weeks ppNow 10weeks pp and have some pressure type pains and still spotting red blood on and off. Not being seen by consultant to book surgery til 1st oct and then can be up to 16 weeks!!
- how long did you wait for surgery
- was it painful
- how was recovery
- any future problems with fertility?
