Preeclampsia without high blood pressure?

So I have an appt in the morning but am curious others experience. I have been high risk from the start bc I went into pregnancy with controlled high bp. Its been under control this entire time however has creeped up just a smidge but there has been no protein in my urine yet and the readings are still just in watching stage for my drs. However, the last two days my one eye has been twitching and I have had these bad headaches. Typically one sided around my temple. I cant tell if they might be sinus or tension or possibly bp headaches. I’ve also been having off and on right side pain. Feels like a bad pinch or sharp stabbing but I have attributed that to how baby is moving as baby is tucked clear to that side. The symptoms I was told to watch for were blurred or spotty vision, headaches, ect. The thing is I take my bp twice a day and it has not increased any yet. Can symptoms appear without the increase or ahead of it or can I hope this is all unrelated. Im 29.5 weeks. Thanks!

I've had pre eclampsia with both of my other pregnancies. I had a few high readings this time and doctor has watched it but it's been fine lately. I have the eye switch you speak of sometimes and last week some headaches. 
However my BP was fine. I did have a random day when going to the store where I felt just awful all a sudden and checked it in the store and it was 169/95. I felt light headed and everything. I hadn't even over didn't walking in the store. I walk in places and go outside a lot and never had that issue so it was scary for me.
Once home and laying down it went back to perfect. It was very random. Since then I've been fine though.. normal BP and all.

My sister was just diagnosed with preeclampsia and she mostly has normal BP readings. Sometimes they spike but others they seem okay. 🤷🏻‍♀️
