Reassurance in a relationship?? Thoughts??
I was in a relationship where my ex told me he couldn’t be with me because i didn’t trust him. But the thing is, it’s not that I didn’t trust him. I have issues, anxiety, depression and very low self confidence. whenever I’d see him like a girls pic I’d feel some type of way. Like I wasn’t enough and I’ve tried talking to him but I guess it made things worse. Thoughts??
