Sleeping and pregnancy
Ok guys so im 9 weeks 6 days pregnant, and ive had the biggest portion of my symptoms when trying to sleep. Night sweats, cottonmouth, nausea, headache, and especially muscle aches. I have a body pillow and stomach pillow yet it is impossible to not be super sore when laying down. I sleep on my left side usually, but it's gotten so painful to lay on either side i wake up all throughout the night. Any tips to help with the muscle aches? Its my sides, hips, and thighs that are the most uncomfortable right now.
