ATTENTION PEOPLE WHO HAVE THEIR MASTERS

I NEED ADVICE

I am about to graduate with my masters in Organizational Development and I still don’t really have an idea of what I want to do with it.

I love helping people and making a change....but right now I have a crummy job that doesn’t pay well with no where to grow.

Was it worth it? Ppl who have their masters in OD PLEASE HELP!!!
