Baby shower questions

So I have no one to ask these questions so am asking all you ladies! So I have some physical invites to send out for my baby shower. Where it says who the shower is for would I put mine and my boyfriends names or the babies name? How early would you send them out? My shower isnt until July 20th. What are some good food options for a lunch time shower? I am planning my own shower because I have very little female relatives or friends so planning my own and making it coed.
