Could it be twins????

I am 7 weeks today. I have 2 boys 8&10. I have had 2 miscarriages in the last 2 years. With any of the 4 pregnancies I was hardly sick. This one though I am nauseous all day and night. And I throw up 3-4 times a day. I sat down to eat an orange earlier and when I tore it open, there was 2 baby slices on the inside! Could it be a sign? Has any of you had signs like that and ended up pregnant with twins?!!!

I had so much anxiety this pregnancy because I thought this one was twins. My symptoms were more severe after an easy pregnancy with my first. Plus both my husband and I kept having dreams of twins. There's only one in there! Thank goodness 😂

You could be pregnant with twins, but not based off your symptoms. Every pregnancy is different. I was hardly ever nauseous, my friend threw up so much she had to get a prescription. We're both having singletons 🤷🏼‍♀️

I know not based off of symptoms. I just thought it could be a sign maybe. My fiancé has twins in his family. And I just thought it’d be cool if we had twins.

I threw up everyday from 3 and a half weeks until 25 weeks ish when I was pregnant with my son. Different pregnancy can cause different symptoms
