This is weird, right? Mil UPDATED

So my mother in law was visiting (I made another post about it but deleted it because she did some kind things and I thought maybe I was just being dramatic) while she was here she did a couple of things I thought were weird but I wonder if that’s just me.

-Say that my four month old needed to “get used to” game of thrones and that he looked like he enjoyed it.

-bought my husband and I a book about intimacy after baby (I’m sorry I thought this was ewww and definitely not her place)

—I put my son in his bouncer and he fussed for a second and she said “oh he thinks he’s the boss!”

-we parked in handicap parking (100% legally we have a tag because of my husbands condition) she asked if we were really going to park there (in a sassy tone) and said we should repark because someone could need it more (again, my husband has a legitimate condition that’s how we got the tag🙄)

She did some other things but those are the ones that erked me the most. I guess I’m just wondering if anyone else thinks those are weird or just me, maybe I’m just being defensive. I also don’t even know how to react to her behavior. Sometimes it feels like she’s trying to be the one in charge and push my buttons but I don’t know how to react so I just kind of walk away. What would you say to these behaviors?

Edit: I guess I should add that I’m not very close with her. I’m pretty shy and she lives a couple of states away so I don’t really see her often enough to know much about her. I don’t think her intentions were malicious but they did come across kind of awkward and I can’t help but wonder why she feels like she’s able to give me advice on certain topics (when I didn’t ask for it) or direct me to do something when she’s a guest in our home. I feel bad for being so annoyed with this and I wish it didn’t bug me. Any suggestions?
