Femara & IUI

I am on my 3rd day of femara 5mg and have had (TMI) some pink spotting. Has anyone had this? I have taken femara several times but never had this happen. This is my first round in a while though. We are doing <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>
