Sleep regression 🤦🏼♀️😩
Baby boy is 13 weeks and had been consistently sleeping 5 to 6 hours (up to 7 or so) every night. Now he is doing maybe 2 or 3 max and I’m dying 😵 it’s hard to get him to go back to sleep too. I work a full time stressful job and I’m running on fumes. We’ve been transitioning him out of the swaddle which I think may be contributing to the problem. SOS Help 😖
