Blood in urine during pregnancy

So each baby dr visit I am told about this random blood in my urine. I've had multiple test and a kidney ultrasound, the results were... no infections, no stones, kidneys are great, yet there is still high amounts of microscopic blood. (Looks normal when just looking at it). I have to have a cystoscopy done soon to check for early tumors in the bladder (I just turned 30) and make sure my urethra is ok. Just wish I could find someone who had all this done and their results to ease my mind.
