I need to vent

So my workplace isn't fair at all. When people previously fell pregnant they were moved to less hazardous work (admin) to assist with the admin work of their department in the lab.

Since I've told my boss that I am expecting, I have had to sit and wait to get work, while being ping ponged to everyone who needs a skivvy. Now I need to help a quality control manager while she's on maternity leave and first I'm not qualified to do her job, secondly it's very stressful. I'm already freaking out about how I'm going to handle the stress of that role for the next six months with audits coming up. Other people didn't have to deal with this. They simply filled forms for a good 9 months (they were my friends). I'm feeling defeated and hopeless right now.
