Calling a shelter from physical abuse

I feel trapped. Because I’m

Homeless staying with a man who doesn’t love me .. I’m literally scared of everyday that goes by.. I think to myself ... am I ever gonna make it .. I actually tried tho.. to contact a shelter and this is the response I got. Pleas you guys give me your advice on what you think about this because idk what to say myself
