Personally I’d go for a nude on the lip and winged eye liner :) that dress makes a statement in itself so you don’t need to have heavy makeup on.

Voted wrong! I'd go with winged eyeliner and a nude lip color. I feel red lips or red eyeshadow would be a little too much for a wedding. 😊
