My son will be 3 on May 21. The last month or two his tantrums have become soooo common and have gotten more intense. Anytime I tell him no, not now or he can’t do something, he loses it. Not every tantrum is screaming but he’ll burst into tears and whining. When he does have the screaming tantrum it’s at the top of his lungs and he’ll punch his bedroom door over and over again. We share a house; we live on main floor, tenants live in basement and we’re worried that with all this extra screaming and crying that we’re going to get complaints. Had one so far.

Also, forget potty training. He flat out refuses to use the potty and has a tantrum if we tell him to just take a seat on it. IF we’re lucky and he does sit for 20 mins, he won’t pee until he stands up and walks away from the potty; all over our floors. I’m just assuming he’s not ready yet. My oldest child never had tantrums or any issues potty training so I’m totally lost as to what to do.
