Hi everyone,

I may have PCOS, my doctor prescribed 2.5 mg of Letrozole from Day 2-5 (only four days) of cycle. The photo attached shows what my sticks say. I’m considering this a good sign as usually (especially on days 7 and few days after) I usually have 0 -.20 tc ratio. If I get a high level it is usually only around .36 and doesn’t happen until CD24 onward if at all. I know it may be early to start off getting highs when my period ended two days ago..... any other experience or words of wisdom?! Success stories on Femara?
