Severe stomach pain
For years I have had very severe stomach pain, it feels like really intense heart burn, but almost unbearable. It’s seems like no matter what I eat, I will still get this pain. I recently started taking Zantac which has helped, but I’m finding I’m having to take it more often and it doesn’t give 100% relief anymore. The stomach pain is also accompanied by a lot of burping, it’s embarrassing. If I hold the burps in the pain gets way worse. I’m just not sure what to do, I know I should go to a doctor, but I kinda just picture him saying I need to change my diet, when I don’t think that’s the only issue as like I said it happens no matter what I eat, even if I try not to eat anything all morning I will still end up with the pain. Has anyone had something similar? Maybe it’s an ulcer?
