I was gaining so much weight through out the years. I I figured it was normal due to body changing and I have epilepsy so my medicine can gain very little weight. I started my highlights I have ever been was 292 dropped 2 pound in 2 months. February 2019 I was 290 the other day when I weight myself I was 267.6

Now... I lost that much weight but I don’t see any improvement, I look the same. I had to trim so weight off because some pants that I wear I have a little more room to move in.

Through out the months from February 2019 to begin of May I was in 280’s for a while then 270 now 267.

I have been using the same scale to weigh my self and try to remember to wear the same clothes and take off any jewelry that I have.

Saxenda is a shot that help you lose weight with Dr monitoring (endocrinologist) . You start at .6 and try to get to 3mg which I am at.

My goal or to get to 240 come June at my next appointment.

On the medication I do get nausea sometimes loss appetite where sometimes I’m like not hungry at all. Some days I am starving like the other day. I have got sick once or twice which is a side effect. I few of the side effect on the medication I did get but it is normal. So... hopefully by June 17 I am almost to 240.
