Ok I need answers!!

I’ve had 2 fl positive and 1 neg test. Looks like a period started but day one it was dark brown, and now day 3 it’s almost done (very light blood) but day 2 clots of blood. Is this implantation blood or period? Cramps been coming and going in lower abdomen and lower back pains. Ugh I really want one more baby, so I was sad when I saw the blood..
