So I've been having a serious feeling of being pregnant and I'd be 5 weeks if I am.. was 6 days late and last night started spotting. Tonight I'm having really bad cramps and I'm bleeding a lot more and the blood is bright red. This would be my first pregnancy.

Fast forward to a couple hours later and I'm still bleeding a bit I think but cramping has subsided and I'm still feeling like I have to pee frequently.

Anyone relate to this or have suggestions as to what it could be?
