Could be in for a short labour?!

Question

Was asking my mum about her labours with me and my 2 siblings and she told me that with all three of us she only had 3 hour labours! From waters breaking to baby arriving! 
Anyone else hoping they have similar labours to your mum?

My moms labors (4) were all 10hrs and under....my first was 40 hrs....so....doesnt always work out that way

I was told your labor will more closely resemble your sisters rather than your moms. My mom was in labor with me for two days lol my longest labor was 4 hours and that one was induced. Kinda glad I didn’t get her labors lol

My mother had a relatively quick labor, but her mother had very fast labors.  I had a fast labor with my first.  It's a whirlwind and anxiety filled because as a FTM you've prepared yourself to be in labor for day(s).  It's still exhausting (contracting that hard, fast and regularly in such a short time literally tired out my uterus and made pushing difficult).  That said, as a STM who's now prepared for a fast labor, I will be very annoyed if I end up with a more traditional one!

I’d never want my moms labor!😂luckily for me (but not so lucky in your case) labor doesnt depend on what your relatives was
