My Dr prescribed metformin after being diagnosed with Pcos. I have been on for two months but still not ovulating so not sure how much it helps. I hear all these positive stories about how it helped women their first cycle tho..

I took it and got pregnant with my daughter...they say it usually starts working about the 3rd to 4th month. I'm on it now too along with clomid. Just watch out. It gives me horrible stomach issues but not every day!
