Battle of the sexes?

Question

I've recently read an article and heard from a close friend that baby girls are easier to carry than baby boys are and I'm not entirely sure about this study or subject. I've heard and read that most miscarriage, still births, preterm birth etc. are more likely to happen while pregnant with a boy. Well my question to you is: Do you think it is true? And from your experience do you find this study to be true? I myself have had one miscarriage and it happened to be a boy. Opinions?

This is my first pregnancy. I am having a boy. No serious complications. Just a lot of discomfort, back pain, etc.

Carrying my boys was extremely hard on me I had HGS with  all 5 of my boys. I have 2 girls and the baby I'm pregnant with now is a girl.  Its like night and day. With my girls it doesn't feel like the life is being sucked out of me.

I've heard that if they're in the NICU, girls do better than boys. But that's it.

I've never ever heard of this. This is my second pregnancy and second girl and this time around there's more aches and pains as well as high blood pressure and gestational diabetes. She's perfectly healthy otherwise. My first pregnancy was perfect other than her deciding to be born at 36 weeks.

Ive had two still births/miscarriages at 22 weeks. One boy one girl and my daughter was born at 30 weeks. But while in nicu they did say girls tend to do better than boys, in their experience. But personally, I don't think gender has a role in it.
