Colposcopy results came back CIN1

Hi ladies,

So I received my results from my colposcopy and it came back CIN1 which is mild with no dysplasia dedicate. Has anyone had this before? Does it usually go back to normal. I’m freaking out here. I have had abnormal paps for a few years now and some normal so I am so confused.
