Are you still very fertile after having a baby with Pcos?

So I had my baby in Dec so 4 months pp and have been off the mini pill since end of March beginning of April. Period is late this month by 10 days. I took a cheapie strip about almost 2 weeks ago and it showed negative even though I had bought them beginning of last yr.

Question is can you still be super fertile after baby having Pcos? I also had some light pink spotting the 9th with cramping and still some light pink spotting but not enough for a period. Haven't bought a test yet.
