So tomorrow is Mother’s Day, and my mom is a deadbeat who hasn’t spoken to me in over 5 months. (Technically over 8 years but she’d contact me when she wanted something, she stopped doing that 5 months ago) She’s completely left my brother and i’s lives without seeming to care at all. She’s a compulsive liar, and recently stole over $2,500 from my dad which he used to pay for my wisdom teeth removal through her insurance and she never returned it, in fact, i believe she spent it on a trip. She’s never contributed to my life at all. It was always my dad signing me up for sports and camps, going to my dance recitals and figure skating competitions, paying my health expenses etc. With Mother’s Day coming up, I’ve seen a lot of posts saying how the dad always leaves but the mom is always there. This is NOT the case every time. There are fathers out there who do way more than the mother has ever done. So if you’re in the same boat i am in and don’t have a mother tomorrow, I’m sorry, and it’s not your fault.
