Any reviews or tips? I’ve only ever flown with southwest or delta so I am nervous!

I flew with spirit. It was an absolute pain. They tried to tell me that my husband and i “might not” be able to sit with our TODDLER. They gave him a different seat on a different aisle and placed me and my spouse next to each other. Needless to say, i threw a fit and got it resolved. Had they not resolved it for us, one of us would have taken his seat and the other would have sat next to the toddler in our original seats, but it’s the principal of the thing. You don’t put a toddler by himself on an airplane. Duh. Space is very limited, things that should be included cost extra. It’s annoying, but if your priority is saving money, you can do that.

I definitely remember them nickel & diming everything. But I guess that's what made them cheaper. Other than that no issues.

They charge for bottled water, but ice is free so I melted it in a cup between my hands and made water, I know, a little extra but they only accept credit cards on the plane for in flight purchases and I was thirsty. There is also not much leg room so if you’re over 5’6” you’d be squished. Other than that it’s not too terrible, it’s what you’d expect from a discount airline

I had a good experience. We were able to sit where ever we wanted too. No assigned seats so my mom brother and I got to sit together & it was a nice and quiet flight.

I don't like spirit I felt super squash. And you don't get any drinks or snacks that comes with the other flights.
