I had PUPPS in my first pregnancy with my DD (22months) I'm not pregnant with the second (7weeks) and I have experienced hives for the past two weeks. I've done a lot of research, and I've collected that hives during pregnancy is most common during first pregnancies, with boys, and with twins. It has something to do with a hypersensitive reaction to the surge of hormones. I'm wondering if it could be related to PUPPS or possibly related to my hypothyroidism. My first doctor visit and u/s on 8/28. Anyone have this issue? Did you end up with a DS or multiples? I'm a little obsessive!
