5 weeks and 3 days

Hello, I recently found out I am pregnant, however I have been experiencing cramps in my lower abdomen. I know this may be signs of implantation, but the pain is lingering and sometimes makes me feel desperate. Idk if it’s because I never experience cramps on my period that I’m not used to this pain now. I’m just worried that I might miscarry ): any and all advice would help. Thank you🙏🏽
