Hello! I need some serious help! I am on microgestin birth control pills and have been for a couple of months now. Recently, my workload got super busy and I found myself missing my usual time that I take my pills by a couple of hours. I did miss the pill by a day (maybe 2 but no more than that) but I took the pill as soon as I realized. Well I noticed some spotting last Sunday and I just brushed it off cause it wasn’t heavy. Well my period full fledge began and I place the blame on missing my pills!

I’m on the regular pill and have been on my period for a week now. It may not sound long but my normal period lasts 4-5 days. I thought my period ended yesterday but I noticed some spotting again this morning! Idk how to stop it. It’s just annoying because my actual period (when I start the sugar pills) is in 6 days so I’m not trying to be on my period for three weeks straight. Can anyone please give me some suggestions on what I can do!?!
