Best way to loose weight? (Obese right now)

Hi guys, I'm really overweight like 400 pounds or something.. I haven't weighed in a year or so.. and I want to start losing weight to have a baby in a year or two. How have you lost weight? I try to avoid fad diets, so I'm looking for real ways to lose the pounds.. thank you guys x

Because of your weight, I seriously suggest seeing a nutritionist. Cutting calories and exercising is probably your best bet, but to make sure you’re not cutting too much or over exerting yourself with exercises, seeing a doctor or a nutritionist will help the most. I was on a strict diet of avacados, v8 and water and hiking. Lost 60 pounds in 3 months.

I track everything in my fitness pal and make sure I don’t go over 1400 calories (yours might be higher starting out). I try to eat little to no fried foods and no sugary drinks. I also work out at least 30 minutes, 5 days a week. Good luck!
