Period or implantation bleeding.

My cycle is about 40 days long! Period was due yesterday 11.05.19, on Friday 10.05.19 I started spotting light pink/brown with mild cramps and this has continued till today I also have swollen sore boobs but this is also normal for me around period time! Do you think this could be implantation bleeding or just the start of my period! Thank you
