I found out I was pregnant Friday at the doctor they said that from the time of my last period I should be 7 weeks but when they did an ultrasound it didn’t look like I was 7 weeks and for me to come back in a week. This morning I went to the ER because I was spotting the did another ultrasound and they said I would most likely miscarry bc the amount of weeks that I am the baby is supposed to have a heartbeat and there’s not one there. My hormone levels were 7000. I am so confused does anyone have any advice ? This is a picture of my ultrasound
