The last few days, sugar has been my worst enemy! Too much creamer in my coffee, a tiny bit of ice cream, Hell... a nature valley honey and oat crunch bar... all these things make me feel like shit and jittery afterwards! And eventually, I’ll get anxious and crash and need to lie down.
I’m not sure what’s going on... I’ve been fine with sugar my whole pregnancy. I swear, 90% of the food I ate in my 2nd Trimester was cake, donuts, and ice cream!
I’m worried because we’re about to go out of town and I was planning on overindulging in foods while away. We have no good restaurants near us and my OB gets excited when she hears I’m eating fast food because she wants me to gain weight.
But, I don’t want to spend the whole trip on this up & down roller coaster because I had a Starbucks coffee or chocolate chip pancakes!
I also have no clue where this is coming from. I don’t have gestational diabetes and I’m borderline anemic, not fully anemic.
