My miscarriage ended a week ago. Today I had sex with my husband this morning and later in the day I noticed my CM was super egg white-y. I don't wanna be too hopeful and I also feel very anxious bc it's so soon after our loss I don't think it would be safe or smart to conceive. If just like to hear some thoughts and opinions. Please be nice I am a sensitive cinnamon bun.

You can't judge CM for a minimum of 2 days after having sex as leftover semen exiting the vaginal cavity will give you false egg white style CM. It is possible to ovulate shortly after miscarriage though. Good luck!

My ob told me that most women have a lower risk of miscarriage trying to conceive within the first 6 months after loss. I conceived first cycle after I lost my son at 22w3d. Now I’m 14w3d with my rainbow and we’re healthier than ever. I’m so sorry for your loss. Hang in there. You will know when you’re ready to try again.

If you feel it’s too soon then use protection to prevent it. Only you will know when you feel right physically and emotionally. I chose to wait until my cycle returned before i started trying again after our loss.

Did you wait until you stopped bleeding? Egg white doesn't always mean ovulation.
