Watery discharge? What does it mean?

I’m 39 weeks today and this morning I was putting in my contacts and I felt some watery discharge drip down my leg. I went and wiped and couldn’t really see anything out of the ordinary but the rest of the day today I have had super runny watery clear discharge that is making my underwear wet but not gushing or trickling constantly. I had discharge before this but it really thinned out today. I don’t think it’s my water breaking but not totally sure. Anyone else have this or know what it could be?
